2. Structural & Technical Audit

  • What to expect : A professional assessment of the "bones" of the house. We look at dampness (common in Normandy), wall integrity, roof condition, and the feasibility of removing walls or adding openings.

  • The Goal : To identify potential "deal-breakers" or hidden costs before they become your problem.

3. The "Rough Estimate" Budgeting
